Sexual Harassment Policy

At Illumination Bodywork and Massage we uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding sexual harassment. We expect all clients and staff to treat each other with respect and professionalism. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate, including sexual advances, comments, or gestures, will not be tolerated. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate will result in immediate termination of the session as well as punishment to the full extent of the law when applicable.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, however to ensure that we can accommodate all our clients effectively we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the entire fee of the scheduled session.

Late  Policy

You are expected to arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Treatment time is not extended and pricing is not reduced for late arrivals.

Massage Etiquette

1. Arrive On time: Arrive on time to ensure you receive your full session time. Treatment time is not extended and pricing is not reduced for late arrivals.

2. Communicate Preferences: Share any health issues, areas of tension, or preferences with your therapist before the session begins.

3. Maintain Hygiene: Take a shower before your appointment and wear clean, comfortable athletic clothing if receiving Sports Massage or Thai massage.

4. Speak Up: If you experience discomfort, pain, or have any preferences during your massage please say something. Your comfort and safety are always my top priority and I will check in throughout your appointment, but please do not hesitate to let me know if you want me to change what I’m doing for any reason.
