Illumination Bodywork and Massage offers personalized deep tissue massage, sports massage, medical massage, and targeted bodywork to help relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and support recovery.

We operate from two locations. John’s Landing neighborhood (97219) and Wild Reed Yoga Studio (400 SE Grand Ave, Portland, OR 97214).

Our work provides individualized massage therapy for people experiencing neck and shoulder pain, back pain, headaches, sports-related injuries, chronic muscle tension, mobility restriction and care post motor vehicle accident or bike accident.

Each session is tailored to your specific needs, with focused therapeutic bodywork designed to address areas of pain and tension and help you move and feel better.

My work is designed for people who want more than a routine massage. Each session is individualized around what is happening in your body that day—whether you’re dealing with stubborn muscle tension, recovering from an injury, training hard, experiencing recurring pain, or simply feeling like your body needs some focused care.

I combine therapeutic massage techniques to help reduce tension, improve mobility and support better day-to-day function.

Located in Portland, OR 97219 and convenient to Multnomah Village, Hillsdale, Sellwood, Dunthorpe, John’s Landing, South Waterfront, South Portland and surrounding Southwest Portland neighborhoods. We have a second location in Wild Reed Yoga Studio (400 SE Grand Ave, Portland, OR 97214).
